Please note that according to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the customer's specifications, including prescription diving masks fitted with corrective lenses.
The 5-year bonding warranty applies only to lenses mounted on a new mask.
The 6-month adaptation guarantee does not cover issues resulting from an incorrect prescription provided by the customer or errors made during an eye examination performed by a third-party professional.
